Plaintiff sustained a right rotator cuff tear and a left thigh contusion. The right shoulder was repaired arthroscopically. Causation of the right shoulder injury was in dispute because Plaintiff sought emergency room treatment on her right shoulder after she fell while skiing four days before the subject skier/snowboarder collision. The case settled for $92,500 shortly after the complaint was filed.
